Hello! We’re Mick and Niki, the proud owners of Afanfryn Camping. Nestled in the stunning West Wales countryside, we share our little slice of paradise with our adorable spaniel, Nala. Every detail of our campsite reflects the love, hard work and the personal touches that we’ve poured into it… experiencing a few muddy adventures along the way!

Our story started with a passion for camping and motor-homing, fuelled by a dream to create a simple yet special retreat immersed in nature. We’ve created a peaceful oasis where visitors can come to unwind, enjoy the outdoors and savour life’s simple pleasures.

Whether you’re looking for a tranquil solo getaway, a couple’s break or just a chance to disconnect from the digital hustle, we warmly invite you to come and experience our little haven of tranquillity.

Our site is located on top of a hill, next to a working sheep farm. We’re within the Cambrian Mountains, a designated Dark Skies area, and only 12 miles from the coastal town of Aberystwyth.

Afanfryn Camping is an adult-only, dog-friendly campsite, open exclusively to Camping and Caravanning members. If you’re not currently a member, you can join through us.

We currently have ten pitches available, eight with electric hook-up (EHU) and two without. Wi-Fi is unavailable; however, there is a very good 4G mobile coverage on site.
